This website is operated by Purple Fuzz. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Purple Fuzz.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

SHIPPING
Worldwide shipping on all products.
We do not take any responsibility for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect address provided by the customer.
We cannot accept any liability for missing orders if the tracking status is delivered.
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

TRACKING
All orders are sent via a tracked service – Registered Mail CTT Portugal
You’ll receive a tracking ID link in your order confirmation email, use this to follow your orders right to your doorstep.

RETURNS
Due to being a small independent business we cannot accept returns on items that do not fit (please check item measurements for an assured fit).
However if significant damage or wear are present (that haven’t been mentioned in the description) we are happy to discuss your return.
